Investors anywhere can invest in startups everywhere: ExtraVallis
This week, ExtraVallis announced a preview of its platform for startup founders to proactively do due-diligence. The company says it will significantly ease and streamline the hardest part during initial talks between founders and investors.
The platform takes only accredited angel investors, mostly from the U.S., and says the system is live, but in limited feature mode. Even so, startups can now join and begin to build their profile and historical quantitative footprint, making angel investor match-making easier compared to off-line methods. The company will select some startups to join investment pools, further increasing their chances of getting funding.
Angel Investors can also sign-up. Company spokesperson and CEO, Derek Footer said, "ExtraVallis is focusing on acquiring startups for the platform now, but any interested investors can be early adopters, enjoy a trial period, and help to co-create what will be what is a revolution the way startups get funded and investors invest."
